Logan Metcalfe founded Arena Consulting to help entrepreneurs tackle their most critical CFO-level strategic, financial and operational issues - delivering results that exceed expectations.  Examples of client work.

Prior to starting Arena Consulting, Logan served for over 5 years as CFO / COO of Immaculate Baking Company, America’s leading brand of all-natural refrigerated cookie dough. He crafted the company’s business plan, established key financial and operational processes and raised over $7.6MM in angel and venture capital investment. Logan worked closely with the founder to build-out the management team, rationalize existing products and successfully launch new product lines. 

As a Senior Management Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in Sydney and New York, Logan worked with large global companies and assisted early stage technology ventures as part of an initiative with an investment bank and law firm.

While an MBA student at Harvard Business School, Logan spent a summer developing a product innovation and marketing plan for Alex Toys, a privately held children's toy company in New Jersey. 

Originally from New Zealand, Logan graduated from the University of Auckland with degrees in Business and Arts (which is where he met his wife, a native South Carolinian who was studying abroad).

Logan is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship in the region, volunteering his time to help various economic development initiatives and speaking on and moderating panels at conferences.  Logan is Board President of YouthBASE, an non-profit that helps kids overcome serious behavioral, academic, social and emotional difficulties, and he also serves on the Finance Committee for the Upstate Mediation Center.
