We start with an introductory meeting to develop an understanding of your business and your critical needs to determine if there is a fit with the CFO services we can provide. Coffee is on us! 

If there is a fit, we use the information gathered to create a detailed proposal tailored to meet your specific requirements and your budget. If there is no fit, you get some free advice, introductions, etc. that make the conversation worthwhile for you. 

Once we have developed a common understanding of objectives, process, timeline and deliverables, a Consulting Agreement is prepared, timeline agreed to, and we get to work.
